Project Consultation
We coordinate and attend regular meetings with the Architect and Owner during the development and revision of the Construction Documents in order to generally advise the Owner and Architect on the project, including with limitation, site and improvements, selection of materials, systems and equipment. We will bring to bear our expertise on design process by providing recommendations as to construction feasibility, availability of materials and labor, time requirements for installation and construction, factors relating to cost of alternative designs or materials, preliminary budgets and possible econmies which may be achieved and such other matters as might facilitate the completion of the project in a timely and economical manner. We will prescreen architects and contractors to find the best fit for your project.
